Project Procurement
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Procurement professional to manage sourcing and procurement activities for new projects, CAPEX requirements, machinery, utilities, and assembly components. The role involves supplier development, commercial negotiations, project coordination, and ensuring timely procurement to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing and procurement of project materials, assembly parts, machinery, and CAPEX requirements.
- Handle end-to-end procurement activities from RFQ to purchase order closure.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and technical capabilities.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and commercial agreements with suppliers.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Finance, and Project teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure on-time delivery of materials and equipment.
- Drive supplier performance improvement and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval processes, and audit requirements.
- Manage procurement transactions and reporting through SAP.
- Drive cost reduction, value engineering, and procurement efficiency initiatives.
